This September sees one of the most important events on the global design calendar, the London Design Festival in its eleventh year. The Festival expects over 300 events celebrating the best in design. As ever, the Festival also delivers its own outstanding programme of commissioned projects with highlights at St Paul’s Cathedral and at its hub venue, the Victoria and Albert Museum, with a number of site-specific installations. Ben Evans, London Design Festival Director said “It is a strength that design can interest a public as well as a professional audience. The London Design Festival is designed to do just that, with trade fairs alongside public installations. Design is for everyone.”
